Thank you for choosing Queensy Studio. To maintain a professional, safe, and premium environment for all clients, we kindly ask you to review and respect the following studio and rental policies.
01 | CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
We value your time and ours. To secure your appointment or reservation, a valid credit card or deposit is required at the time of booking.
Service Appointments: We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service value. Failure to show up without notice will result in a 100% charge.
Gown Rentals: All rental deposits and payments are strictly non-refundable. Request for date changes are subject to availability and studio approval.
02 | ARRIVAL, LATE & TRY-ON POLICY
Grace Period: We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, as it directly affects subsequent appointments. Service adjustments will be made at the artist’s discretion.
Gown Try-Ons: Appointments are highly recommended for bridal gown fittings. To protect the integrity of our gowns, please wear light makeup and avoid self-tanners for your fitting. Food, drinks, and smoking are strictly prohibited near the gowns.
03 | BRIDAL GOWN RENTAL POLICY
Booking & Reservation: Dresses and event dates are only officially reserved upon confirmation of the deposit/payment.
Rental Period: The standard rental period is ___ days. Gowns must be returned on time. Late returns without prior agreement will be subject to additional daily fees.
Pickup & Return: Clients must thoroughly inspect the gown upon pickup. The dress must be returned in the same condition as received.
04 | DRESS CARE, DAMAGE & CLEANING
Garment Care: Please handle all gowns with the utmost care. Clients are strictly prohibited from altering, cutting, dyeing, or making any permanent modifications to the dress. Avoid exposure to stains, smoke, oils, and sharp objects during use.
Damage Fees: Basic professional dry cleaning is included in your rental. However, clients are fully responsible for excessive stains, tears, burns, missing pieces, or major structural damage. Repair or full replacement fees will be applied based on the extent of the damage.
05 | HEALTH, SAFETY & LIABILITY
Health Disclosure: Clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, or recent cosmetic procedures prior to receiving services.
Studio Liability: Queensy Studio is not liable for complications resulting from undisclosed conditions, nor are we responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during fittings, rentals, or events.
Children & Guests: For safety and a calm atmosphere, children are welcome only when receiving a service and must be supervised at all times. Guests are welcome on select bookings; please arrange with the studio in advance so we can ensure a smooth experience.
